This giveaway is organised and promoted by Closet Concierge F.Z.C. ("Closet Concierge", "we", "our", or "us").

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on the date the promotional post is published on the Closet Concierge Instagram account (@closetconcierge.ae) and closes at 11:59 PM UAE time on 14 June 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Closet Concierge are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must:

1. Follow @closetconcierge.ae on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

Bonus Entry

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @closetconcierge.ae.

Participants must ensure their story is visible to Closet Concierge at the time of sharing. Private accounts may need to send a screenshot via direct message as proof of entry.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One Closet Concierge Gift Card with a value of AED 300.

The gift card:

• Is valid only for purchases made through Closet Concierge.
• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• Must be used within 12 months of issue unless otherwise stated.

Closet Concierge reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The winner will be announced on or around 15 June 2026 via Closet Concierge's Instagram account.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Closet Concierge reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Conditions

• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
• Closet Concierge reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
• Closet Concierge reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Closet Concierge's decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closet Concierge shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy

Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
