All sales are final. Due to the nature of consignment and pre-loved fashion, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all photos, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

If you believe an item was significantly misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at closetconciergedubai@outlook.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
